چکیده

تحقیق ادبیات مدیریت ریسک سازمانی، عوامل تعیینکننده مدیریت ریسک و تأثیرگذاری اجرای آن در این تحقیق مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. مدیریت ریسک سازمانی فرآیندی است که تمامی فعالیت‌های مرتبط با مدیریت ریسک را در سیستمی یکپارچه و در یک چارچوب کلی ترکیب می‌کند. جمع‌آوری اطلاعات در مورد وجود و اجرای مدیریت ریسک سازمانی، یک چالش مهم در تحقیقات مربوط به این نوع مدیریت ریسک می‌باشد. بررسی تحقیقات پیشین نشان می‌دهد که در بیشتر مطالعات تجربی انجام شده، وجود مدیر ارشد ریسک به عنوان نشانهای از اجرای مدیریت ریسک سازمانی در مؤسسات می‌باشد. همچنین ویژگی‌هایی مانند اندازه و مالکیت نهادیِ شرکت‌ها رابطه مثبت و معناداری با اجرای مدیریت ریسک سازمانی داشته و اتخاذ مدیریت ریسک سازمانی تأثیر مثبتی بر ارزش سهامداران و عملکرد شرکت‌ها دارد.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study is to review the literature on enterprise risk management (ERM), determinants ofthistype ofrisk managementand effectiveness of its implementation. ERM as a process that combines all activities related to risk management in one integrated system and holistic framework. Collecting information regarding the existence and implementation of ERM is an importantchallenge in research related to this type of risk management. Previous research review showedthat in moreempirical research the presence of a chief risk officer is sign as ERM implementation within institutions. Also characteristics such as size and institutional ownership < /span> has a positive and significant relationship < /span> with the ERM implementation and adoption of ERM has a positive impact on shareholder value and firm performance.
