Purpose: The purpose of this research is the role of digitalization at the organization level on corporate social responsibility with an emphasis on organizational innovation.
Research method: This research is practical in terms of purpose, and from the aspect of identification method, it is correlation and among descriptive research. The statistical population of the research is the Tehran Stock Exchange and the research sample is 167 companies admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange in the 9-year period between 2014 and 2022. In order to test the hypotheses of the research, multivariate regression with combined data and Eviuse software were used.
Findings: The results of the research findings show that digital transformation at the company level can improve the performance of the company's social responsibility. Also, based on the second hypothesis; Digitization at the organization level increases the performance of corporate social responsibility by increasing the level of R&D innovation of companies.
Conclusion: The results of this research will be of great help to the organizational innovation process at a wide level. Therefore, this study can lead to the expansion and enrichment of this topic and research literature in this sector.
Enhancing knowledge: Due to the expansion of digital technologies in human life, a new concept called acceptance of digital social responsibility has been created. Also, few researches have been done in the field of digital and organizational innovation; Therefore, this study can lead to the expansion and enrichment of this topic and the development of research literature in this sector.
