چکیده

با تغییرات سریع و تحولات شگرف در بازارهای رقابتی بسیاری از شرکت‌ها ناگزیر به پیوستن به بازارهای جهانی شده‌اند. یکی از ابزارهای مهم فناوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات که نقش مهمی در یکپارچگی اطلاعات در سازمان دارد و از شروط اصلی پیوستن به بازارهای جهانی است، سیستم برنامه‌ریزی منابع سازمانی (ERP) است. سیستم ERP در واقع نقطه اوج و تکامل سیستم‌های اطلاعاتی عصر حاضر هست. هدف این مقاله ارائه تصویری روشن از سیستم برنامه‌ریزی منابع سازمانی است. بنابراین در این تحقیق تلاش شده است که مناسب‌ترین تعریف و روند تکامل ERP در طی زمان نشان داده شود. سپس نیازمندی‌ها و مراحل پیاده‌سازی سیستمERP به طور کامل بیان شده است. در آخر مزایا و معایب سیستم ERP و همچنین چالش‌های اجرای ERP در ایران که تاکنون با آن‌ها مواجه شده‌ایم، جمع‌آوری شده است. نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق برای سازمان‌هایی که می‌خواهند اطلاعات اولیه‌ایی در مورد ERP داشته باشند، مفید می‌باشد.

چکیده [English]

The dramatic developments and rapidly changing in the competitive markets, many companies have been forced to join the global markets. One of the most important tools of information and communication technologies that play an important role in the integration of information in the organization and on the main conditions for joining the global market, is enterprise resource planning system (ERP). Actually, the culmination of information systems is ERP. The purpose of this paper is to present a clear picture of the enterprise resource planning systems. So in this study, we show the most appropriate definition and the evolution of enterprise resource planning system. Also the requirements and implementation of ERP system is expressed. Finally, the advantages and disadvantages of ERP system is reviewed. The challenges of implementing ERP system in Iran so far they have encountered, have been reported. The results of this research for organizations that want to have preliminary information about ERP system, is useful.
